The natural phenomenon is located 1 km southwest of the village of Gara Oreshets in the municipality of Dimovo, Vidin region, and about 13 km from the Belogradchik rocks. It is rarely beautiful, the underground corridors are 200 meters long, on which 5 halls are located. Beautiful stalactites and stalagmites can be seen inside, as well as bizarre images of ice crystals.
The formations are colorful and scientists explain their formation by the lack of oxygen, in which the water crystallizes, and the different colors are obtained from the different composition of the clay and rocks.

15 people can enter the labyrinth at the same time. The entire route is about 200 meters long and can be explored in about 40-50 minutes. The temperature is exactly 10 degrees. In the last 4 years, the area around the cave has been completely renovated.
From 2022, the Living Water Folklore Festival is held annually in front of the entrance to the Venetsa cave. The event lasts 3 days, with thousands of visitors. Guests of the festival are folklore ensembles from the country and abroad, Bulgarian producers and craftsmen.
